There has been a lot of changes in the market since the original aired back in 2020. In our third and final episode we focus on money and three key questions…what is my home worth, what are my goals as a seller, and what should I list my home for? We finish the series off by discussing the typical steps that happen after accepting an offer up until the sale actually closes.
